Ryan McKinley is the proudly passionate owner and top stylist of his namesake, Ryan M Scottsdale (RMS). With over 20 years in the beauty industry, he has worked with some of Hollywood’s top celebrity stylists, owned award-winning salons, and educated for leading global brands.
Hometown: Salt Lake City, Utah
Passion: Elevating the salon experience while inspiring both clients and fellow stylists through artistry, education, and innovation.
Education: Vidal Sassoon Academy, Santa Monica, CA; Mentorship in Beverly Hills with celebrity stylists; Former platform artist for Toni & Guy.

Specializations & Interests: Abby post graduating Penrose, continued to fine tune her craft with lived in color and blonding services and well as longer hair cutting and extensions.
Fun fact: Abby enjoys cooking a variety of different cuisines and teaching herself new techniques any chance she gets.
Carlos Costa (a.k.a CADU)

Education: Associate Arts Degree, Musicians Institute (Hollywood, CA), Tony & Guy Academy (Scottsdale, AZ).
Specializations & Interests: After graduating from the T&G Academy, Cadu began assisting Ryan M. During this time, Cadu has enhanced and finessed his knowledge of color snd cutting techniques.
Fun fact: Cadu began playing the drums in the late 90’s. After many successful years as a member of Strike, a platinum-selling band, before moving to the US.
